98 Fountain Villas
98 Fountain Villas is a beautiful Georgian Villa on the main parade in scenic Matlock Bath in Derbyshire. It is a large holiday rental, ideal for groups of friends or larger families to holiday in the Peak District.
It is set over three floors with the kitchen, living, and dining spaces on the found floor with bedrooms, bathrooms, and a second breakfast kitchen on the first and second floors. The front of the property is opposite the iconic Jubilee Bridge with river views.
The Brief
When we first visited the Villa on a cold day to speak to the owners, it is safe to say it was a building site that needed some imagination!
We were asked to promote the house as a premier holiday let for larger families and family groups .
We needed to show off the house and it’s surroundings to encourage potential visitors to book or pick up the telephone.
A few short weeks later the house was almost finished with a high quality and sympathetic renovation to suit the period of the house. At this point, we were excited to get started as this is our home turf and we love helping local businesses suceeed.
What we did
The house had previously been a nursing home and was therefore not recognised as a holiday home. The marketing of this property was starting from zero. We discussed with the owners the type of clientele they were hoping to attract and bore this in mind with our copy and design.
