Lindley Educational Trust
Lindley Educational Trust is based in the Derbyshire Peak District and is a nationally renowned and respected provider of outdoor learning. Established in 1965, the Trust has and continues to make a significant contribution to the development and impact of high-quality outdoor learning through its well established team and its innovative schools, youth, apprentice and graduate personal development programmes.
The Brief
The team at Lindley asked us to create a website that would appeal to organisations sending participants of all ages on the outdoor courses both at Lindley and on location.
The website should also encourage support from individuals and organisations by helping financially or donating their time.
The website should show all the exciting activities that can be enjoyed plus showing care and commitment to safety on all courses.
What we did
Working with key members of the Lindley team from their Castelton base, we agreed the size and scope of the project. We then identified any speical features such as booking events and making donations. Colours and typefaces were agreed so we could begin building the site.:
- Website design using corporate colours
- Web development including a method of donating
- Mobile development
- Content added for all pages
- Merging of content from the original Lindley site with new content provided by the team
- Blog training for Lindley Team
